Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian and television host best known as the presenter for The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. She was born and raised within Little Rock. Sheryl has an extremely troubled family. She was a child who spent a lot of time taking care of her older sister Frankie. Frankie was a patient of polio. As a teenager, she experienced difficulties with her mom. Sheryl claims that once her mother cut her dad because he got too close. Sheryl joined up the military shortly after graduating from college. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was the first female winner of the competition Miller Lite Comedy Search held in 1989. Her first TV job in the year 1992, appearing as a frequently performing comedian on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. The host was on TV at the time of her debut on Oh Drama! In 2011, she began being a co-host for the talk show The Talk. She has also appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series including Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
