Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1 1989) is an American actor from the United States. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in the tenth season of Roseanne and The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was born at New York City on 14 September 1999. Her parents are Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer as well as Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote for the New York Post and now has a job at Fox Sports. Emma Kenney has the exact same hometown that she shares with Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) was raised in Manhattan and plays Debbie who is the hot child in Showtime's Shameless. She spent the majority of her childhood in Jersey. Kenney was also well known for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter Harris as she was in her time in the Roseanne revival.
